Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Formo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Formo is an AI-powered tool that generates 3D printable STL files from text descriptions. We provide the Service on a credit-based model — new accounts receive 10 free credits, and each successful generation costs 1 credit.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to obtain extra free credits is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Formo to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or exploit the Service.
• Send automated requests or use the API without permission.
• Attempt to extract system prompts, jailbreak the AI, or probe security systems.

5. Generated content

• You own the 3D files you generate using Formo.
• You grant Formo a limited licence to store and serve your files to you.
• We do not claim ownership of your designs.

6. Credits and payments

• Free credits are provided at signup and are non-transferable.
• Each file generation costs 1 credit — this includes the initial generation and any subsequent edit, revision, or regeneration of that file. A multi-part project with N parts costs N credits.
• Credits are deducted only when a generation completes successfully.
• Credits are non-refundable once a file has been successfully generated and made available for download, regardless of whether the result meets your expectations.
• We reserve the right to change the credit pricing model with advance notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated files will be suitable for any particular purpose or that the Service will be available at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Generated files are AI-produced and intended for personal or creative use; we are not liable for their engineering accuracy or for use in safety-critical applications.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users by email of material changes.
