Print notes for this part
- PLA works for light-duty castors but flat-spots under sustained load; for anything rolled on daily, print in PETG or nylon.
- The tread has a small chamfer built in, but a printed wheel is still faceted, not round — expect a slightly bumpy roll on hard flooring, more noticeable at low $fn on a slicer preview.
- bore should match your axle's actual diameter, not a nominal size — a printed hole a few tenths under nominal is normal and usually the point (press-fit).
