This part is generated from a hand-written, print-tested OpenSCAD module — the same numbers always produce the same geometry. It is not an AI guess, and it does not cost a credit. Before a load-bearing or fit-critical print, check it against our design guide for wall thickness, overhangs and orientation.

Print notes for this part

  • Default pitch 6.35 mm is #25 roller chain (common on go-karts, mini bikes, light machinery). Bicycle chain is 12.7 mm — set pitch to that, not teeth, to switch.
  • A printed sprocket under real chain tension is a wear part, not a permanent one — fine for a low-torque prototype or a one-off repair, not a long-term drivetrain component in PLA.
  • hub_d must clear the chain's roller diameter or the chain rubs the hub instead of running free — check against your actual chain before printing at a tight hub_d.
