This part is generated from a hand-written, print-tested OpenSCAD module — the same numbers always produce the same geometry. It is not an AI guess, and it does not cost a credit. Before a load-bearing or fit-critical print, check it against our design guide for wall thickness, overhangs and orientation.
Print notes for this part
- No set-screw hole is built in — drill and tap it (M3 is typical for a NEMA17 shaft) after printing, sized to your stepper motor shaft's flat.
- GT2 belt pitch is fixed at 2 mm to match real GT2 belt; only teeth, bore and hub length are meant to move.
- Print with the bore axis vertical so the tooth profile forms in the XY plane — belt teeth built from stacked Z-layers wear faster and skip more easily under load.
