This part is generated from a hand-written, print-tested OpenSCAD module — the same numbers always produce the same geometry. It is not an AI guess, and it does not cost a credit. Before a load-bearing or fit-critical print, check it against our design guide for wall thickness, overhangs and orientation.
Print notes for this part
- Orient with one flange flat on the bed and the other standing up. That way the layer lines run along both flanges instead of stacking across the corner, which is the direction the corner actually has to resist under load.
- This is a plain right angle with no gusset — for anything carrying real weight (a shelf, not a sensor mount), use the shelf bracket template instead; the diagonal gusset changes the failure mode from 'peels at the corner' to 'the gusset yields'.
- hole_d should be your screw's shank diameter plus roughly 0.3 mm clearance — printed holes come out slightly undersized.
